Fabric fits close to body with nice movement; performance leggings match perfectly to performance long sleeve t-shirt which I bought in navy blue; ordered another pair in black with 2 more t-shirts in performance. I hope Gap continues to make the Lightweight Performance leggings and t-shirt! I have ...bought Gapfit athletic wear for years and appreciate how well they fit a small body!
Bought four heather grey colored tops this summer - cozy, napped fabric that fits like a glove: beautiful and comfortable. Love them so much I bought 4 more this month - 2 in black, 2 in navy: completely different fabric and different construction (neckline and seaming). Fabric is smooth & cold to... the touch and does not hug the body in the same way. Very disappointed that a color change would create such a dramatic difference in the merchandise. Very misleading. Would have returned all 4 tops but roommate had already cut tags off 2 of them. Will return the other untouched tops. Expected consistency and quality from Gap.

The arms are longer than expected. The fabric has a lot of compression (more than I'd prefer). My chest feels smooshed. The fabric is thick and not see through.

Sized super short and SHRINKS in the wash. I always wear a small or xs or xxs or even xxxs, and with a small in this, i am constantly pulling it down to cover my stomach. Fits fine on the arms and chest and ribs. I can't even figure out why it rides up constantly. Maybe they don't account for women having an outward curve below the waist? Even at a size XS, we curve. And tugging looks ridiculous. Please change this silhouette so the shirt stays put. Otherwise very comfortable.
