However, something weird is going on with the inner leg - the inseam is shorter than the outside length, so they do this weird thing at the bottom and they aren't as baggy...

A little disappointed that these didn't fit. I'm a huge GAP shopper and I love their pants. Unfortunately this pair did not fit well. I'm normally a 6 but I sized up to have a baggier look, but these couldn't even zip up. These are also not TALL pants. They fit waaaaaaay above my ankles. I really wanted it to work.

For a short girlie 5'2 they were the perfect length. Great quality. The price point was a great entry point for trying this new pant shape out. Ordered the same style in more colours. Very happy
They were great until I washed them. I washed them once with super gentle Seventh Generation detergent. Just look at the pictures to see how they washed. I've tried to wash them several more times and the patches will not come out. Gap, I would appreciate a gift card for both the black and the green pants, I did not know you couldn't wash these without ruining them.

I like the pants but they are just an inch or two shorter than what's comfortable, even in a tall size.
These did not like my laundry detergent and came out of the wash all patchy with the dye worn off in certain areas. They were great while they lasted but can't handle a simple wash.
