Wore this all over Japan (I guide tours) and loved it! Big pockets, cool shape, baggy enough over a suit, still looks hip and seems like a far more expensive trench. Love the cinched-in waist! Nice sized hood, and easily accessible. The entire bag rolled up into a small bag and it was ideal for travel! The only negative; when closed, the front line twists to the left. Whether I've a crossbody bag, a handheld purse, a backpack, etc. it always twists to the left. Only way to stop this is to wear it open. This wasn't a big issue as it only rained a short time on two days, but this might be an issue for you.
Great looking..great fit. However, I walked an half a block in a downpour and got soaked thru. Disappointed to say the least. My clothes underneath the coat was soaked.
Super big and the most important thing is that quality is horrible

Disclaimer: I have not worn it yet. First reaction: Very "sturdy" feeling. I love-LOVE-love that the hood lives inside the zipped neck of the parka. They took the word oversized very seriously. I'm 5'6, 145 lbs. Purchased the medium, but it hangs off me a bit. I def could've sized down; however, I think the oversizing will be helpful during the winter months given the room for bulkier clothes. At least you can cinch the waistline to make the jacket a little more fitted. Seems like the perfect, practical jacket/rain jacket. #sweepstakes

This parka is fabulous! It is lightweight but more than a wind breaker! The sleeves are nice and long and it is so comfortable! I also love that it has a hood available if needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review instead of a 5 star is that it really does run very large - I had to go two sizes down to get one to fit well.
