They have a synthetic feel and look even though they claim to be cotton. I tried the 34W and they were too small in the hips so got 36s and way too big and baggy. All my other pants are older slim fit gap khakis in 34w 30L and never had a problem with them being too tight. The color is basically just dark black, picture looks much more grey. I miss the vintage slim fit khakis gap had 5-10 years ago, now there is no color selection in slim fit and I'd assume the material is the same as these anyway. Guess I will need to find a new brand of pants, which is a real pain. I'll use the refund I get for these on a sweater or something.

The jeans fit perfectly—Gap pants usually suit me really well, and this pair was no exception. I loved the material, though I'm not sure how it'll hold up over time. Delivery was super fast too, arriving almost a week earlier than the estimated date.
