These socks saved my daughter's legs:) She decided to wear new high top sneakers on vacation and got blisters around her ankles. We found the nearest GAP and bought these socks which are soft, comfortable and were tall enough to stop the chafing and to keep band-aids in place. And apparently teenage...rs love tube socks again.

Used to be better
Gap changed these socks. While they're still thick, they are much less robust than they used to be. They wear out more easily than they used to.
The part of the sock that goes up the leg is also quite loose -- which makes it easier for kids to put on, BUT also allows it to slip down my child's leg....
I far prefer how these socks used to be, than they are now.
Love these socks. Not too thick or thin. Mid leg hight and warm for the winter.

We have many pair of the white short socks with pink gap printed on the bottom that are thick and comfy, I was hoping these were a longer version of those. unfortunately these are much thinner and seem lower quality, not what im looking for with girls active in volleyball and cheer this winter. Will return.
