An easy-to-use, stylish solution for making my waistband smaller. I have loss weight but didn't want to trash all of my clothes. This provided an excellent solution. I am buying another.

They broke after less than 10 uses. I have a ten inch difference between my waist and my hips. There was too much fabric for the pins to handle I guess. Might work better with two sets for larger gaps.

The item did not work out for me. It was a bit of a pain to return since this item is shipped from and returned to a 3rd party vendor instead of GAP. It took awhile for the shipment to be processed by the vendor and it has been WEEKS with no credit back to my card.

Love! I struggle with weight fluctuations and these are great way to take in your jeans or shorts. Cute, stylish, and sturdy! I was surprised that they passed the squat test. Will be buying again.

lost the backing to one side 15 minutes after I put it on, falls apart sadly didn't work and a waste of money

The item didn't meet my expectations and I wanted to return it. Thing twice before you purchase anything from 3d party brand! Gap customer support is NOT helpful. You will need to submit a return form by answering a few questions. Then, they say you will hear from Gap customer service. It's been 7 days and they they never got back to me. Also, I called Gap, I told them about the issue. The item is still here, not returned. You will waste your time with no resolved return problem. Never again!
