The print is gorgeous, the skirt fits well and feels comfortable yet elevated. The quality of the seaming is middling: the bottom seam is not the best, but at least it hasn't come undone yet. My main gripe with this type of skirt is: don't place tags and bulky seams at the hip line; it makes the sil...houette lumpy and uneven. You could have sewn the tags lower, near knee height.
I shop from the Gap frequently and this is probably the lowest quality item I've purchased from them. The seam doesn't lag flat on the side, so your hips look like they're bulging. Additionally, the sizing is inconsistent across the colors, the size black skirt fits at least one size smaller than th...e brown one. I'm a pear figure and found the waist to squeeze my hips no matter what size I tried, causing a muffin top appearance. I'd say only buy this if you're desperate for a slip skirt.

This skirt can be worn as casual wear or dressed up for a dressy dinner..The elastic waistband is comfortable. The fabric is lightweight and consists of 2 layers. The top layer has tone on tone polka dots. Suitable for women of any age.

I'm glad I got this on sale because the fabric and construction is pretty lackluster. Very thin fabric and is a cheap elastic waistband. Not worth the full price at all. Still a great basic in general so I will be keeping it.
