I purchased nearly identical caps like this from the Gap back in the 90's. They had the same exact styling, down to the size adjustment system with the buckle. They were great caps and lasted for many years. I bought a few of these caps recently expecting the same exact item and fit but was disappointed that the sizing has changed and they are now too small. I had read some reviews with the same opinion but chalked it up to personal preference or to those with larger-sized heads. I have an average-sized head so the size issue isn't due to that. These caps do run small. I really like that Gap still carries a nice, simple cap without logos or graphics. (That's the type of cap I prefer.) I also like that these are made from organic cotton. I only wish that they go back to the sizing of the earlier model and provide a bit more space inside the cap. This version just looks a bit too small and feels a bit too tight. I would have given it five stars instead of four if the sizing had remained the same as my previous caps.
