I wasn't sure about the high neck but this vest is super flattering, soft, and stretchy. I am 5'2", 120, with a 32E bust. I tried the Small Petite first but there was too much gapping around the armholes. Also they arrived with a cracked top button. The XS Petite fits much better.

The vest is true to size however the color of the jean is way darker than the photo on the website and it was supposed to be a medium wash denim,but it is truly NOT. I only wish the jean was a little lighter or closer to the image on the website.
