I ordered these in the dark indigo and optic white. I like the general fit and length of these. I also like that the ends are hemmed. I found that they run really large. I ordered a size 25 in both. For reference, I'm 5'2" and about 108 pounds and typically wear a 00-0. The dark indigo ones were hug...e. There were several extra inches around the waist, and I had like a 3" gap between the shorts and backside of my waist. I returned did a rise 24, and they are still fairly loose. I kept the 25 in the white, but just cause I've noticed that white gap jeans don't stretch much, I'm hoping they shrink a bit in the wash. You can also see the pockets in the white shorts, which I'm not a huge fan of. But I like the shorts overall. h
Don't let normal Gap sizing fool you. I got a 34 and 33 just in case since that's about right in jeans, maybe 32 with some stretch. I can get into both pairs without unzipping. TREMENDOUS! And no exchanges or returns. That sucks since no where does it say cut large. "Easy" through hip hardly covers ...this...JUST UNREAL. Almost think they're for men. None of my men want white shorts...cute shorts if they were normal sizing.

Don't let normal Gap sizing fool you. I got a 34 and 33 just in case since that's about right in jeans, maybe 32 with some stretch. I can get into both pairs without unzipping. TREMENDOUS! And no exchanges or returns. That sucks since no where does it say cut large. "Easy" through hip hardly covers this...JUST UNREAL. Almost think they're for men. None of my men want white shorts...cute shorts if they were normal sizing.

I normally get 32 or 33(tall), I got the 33 tall. They are a stiff denim, but still you can see the pockets through them. Fit was weird for me, im smaller waisted and big hips/thighs and they had a gap at the waist and the legs were loose and the hips felt tight. If you have big hips and a small waist you probably won't like this style.

waist fits perfectly. The legs r a little baggy for me, but because they are folded at the hem, the bagginess becomes a "look". The legs are probably perfect for others! Also, the folding can be let down if one wants longer shorts.
