I ordered these in the dark indigo and optic white. I like the general fit and length of these. I also like that the ends are hemmed. I found that they run really large. I ordered a size 25 in both. For reference, I'm 5'2" and about 108 pounds and typically wear a 00-0. The dark indigo ones were hug...e. There were several extra inches around the waist, and I had like a 3" gap between the shorts and backside of my waist. I returned did a rise 24, and they are still fairly loose. I kept the 25 in the white, but just cause I've noticed that white gap jeans don't stretch much, I'm hoping they shrink a bit in the wash. You can also see the pockets in the white shorts, which I'm not a huge fan of. But I like the shorts overall. h

I have a pair of Bermuda shorts in size 26 and they're too loose, full jeans in size 25 and they fit perfectly so I ordered these shorts in a 25….way too small. Likely need to go up to a 27. I wish Gap could get their sizes consistent, especially since our store closed and I'm forced to shop online!... Nice shorts though!

I like that they're long, and they have a bit of stretch which is nice. I ordered the size 28 as my waist is 28" and it has about 1cm gap in the back so I could have sized down if I wanted a tight fit but I think I like the fit as-is.

I bought my normal size 6 but wish I had bought the 4. Initially they felt ok when I put them on but as the day went along they got all stretched out and I needed a belt to hold them in place. Tried to shrink them in the dryer but that didn't work either. Won't be buying this style again.

Great length shorts even for us older women. I went for my hip size as opposed to my waist size and they fit perfectly. There's even room to spare which I don't mind. Super comfortable.
