I sized up and am glad I did. It fits great and isn't too cropped. Very comfortable.
Sadly, I had to return it. It was a very bad fit for me and the material looked and felt like a cleaning towel.

This one I wasn't too sure at the beginning. Just because I didn't think of the French Terry at first when I purchased it. It's not a denim or jean material, it reminds you of a hoodie, so it's comfortable for sure. The fit is what sold me on this jacket. I love the fit so much!

Was less expensive online and also had a 20% discount on top of it but the GAP internet nerds could not deal with it and I had to go to the store to get the adjustment, just a heads ups, check online. pricing when in the store on something you are going to buy.
