Both clothing items I ordered were satisfactory. They matched the pictures, fit well, and were of good quality. However, the one-star review is due to the shipping time. It took 22 days to receive my order. This experience has discouraged me from ordering online again with the Gap.

Great coat for the sale price and the oversized fit makes it good to layer over a hoodie. I'm between sizes and sized down -- still plenty of room for layering, so if you're not planning to layer, I'd definitely go down at least one size. My only complaint is that the bottom pockets are top entry only, so it's awkward to put your hands in them.
