I'm 5'9" at 180 lbs. I normally wear a size L shirt. I bought the size L here and it fits great, maybe slightly large. I will be able to layer a sweater underneath. Size down if you are in between sizes or if you want a more fitted look. Very thick padded, qulted material. Definitely more of a jacket than a shirt. Impressive.

Very soft, more of a jacket than a shirt, washes well and can dress up or down. He is 5'10 and 160 lbs and medium fit perfect, not snug and enough room to layer up.
