Love these leggings. Squat proof for workouts but also look polished enough to pair with an oversized sweater for running errands or grabbing dinner with friends. The seams give a really flattering, streamlined look, and the waistband stays smooth all day. The side pockets are super handy too. I got a size large, and they fit perfectly on someone well over 200 pounds — very supportive without feeling tight. Total staple piece.

5'10" 155 lbs - Medium tall are a little too big. A little baggy at the ankle and light compression. Otherwise nice feel and will wear regardless
