The black is great for everyday wear. The white is pretty see-through though so plan accordingly. My arms are a bit muscular and I like the sleeve length because they aren't cap-sleeved. I don't really wear them as an active tee because I'm not a fan of the curved hem for the activities I enjoy and they don't wick much sweat. My husband has the mens version and wears them running and is always soaked but he does find them comfortable.
