I am 5'2" & 170 with curvy bottom, I like high waisted fits and wanted a comfy pair of soft jeans I could wear to work & dress up to feel relaxed but professional. These are a great solution for that. The Seams make them more flattering & dressy than a regular soft sweatpants denim. The leg width Is... just wide enough to feel classy, not feel like a super drastic style choice ultra wide leg. I wish that the pocket lining wasn't white, a pattern would be a more thoughtful design choice. These do run big. I got the medium and they fit, but stretch out throughout the day. I prefer to wear them high waisted & more snug around hips to show some curves. I feel like I can't wear them twice because they look stretched out & a bit saggy. I wish I had tried the small, it might have been tight in waist but maybe would've kept a more snug flattering fit around the hips & bottom. Hope gap keeps making pants like this. Really do love them even within some feedback to share on how they could be better. Finding a work appropriate pant this comfy is a dream come true.
I love almost all Gap sweats and tops. These are a total fail for me. The seams I thought made them look a touch above regular sweats were a miss. It hurts my bottom to sit with them on. The makeup of the material was different than the other sweats I have from Gap. A bit lifeless and too thick. A...s much as I love Gap, this is a hard NO for me.
