I am completely fed up with Gap's maternity clothes in general, but for this particular item there's no ruching on the side, and it's clearly designed for a non pregnant person and just enlarged it in all dimensions. The shirt is ok. Medium feels too big. Seams are thick and sort of cheap looking. No sizing consistency between the item and the size chart.

I live in these shirts under sweaters or cardigans- and honestly, I am not even pregnant. But I just bought a couple more ever since my pregnancy when I did wear them I just love wearing these because they're a little longer with black leggings.
