These have worked for me through pregnancy and postpartum. They are soft, smooth, fit and stay up with a little support but not too much tightness. Fit and not sliding down probably has to do with proper sizing. I only needed leggings for a few weeks of pregnancy. Old Navy cotton pair is nice but ...spit at a seam. Ingrid and Isabel seamless belly leggings snagged and pilled quickly and badly, holding lint from other different colored fabrics yikes. Hatch makes a good pair if a touch loose. These Gap modal leggings are probably the easiest to wear of all those options.
I was so excited to see these because I thought they would be like the modal leggings Gap had a few years ago - thick, soft, and so comfortable! When I saw these, I immediately bought two pairs because I thought they were back. Unfortunately, these are nothing like those - thin, scratchy, and just v...ery cheap feeling. Please bring back the old ones, Gap!

These were the softest and best fitting of all of my maternity leggings purchased. I came back to see if there was a regular/non maternity version of this legging it's so wonderful, "buttery soft" if you will. It's not a support legging like the "power" maternity leggings, but it's perfect for being around the house and was my favorite. Buy your normal size (don't size up), they seemed to stay up well and have had plenty of stretch for the entire pregnancy.

I really love these leggings. It was hard to find a pair of maternity leggings made out of a good material. I have a pair of cotton leggings from another brand but they are not near as comfy or fit as well. I ended up ordering two pairs of these to get me through my last two months of pregnancy.
