The jeans are super cute and comfortable, however sizing is inconsistent between washes. I ordered the black, indigo, and medium wash. Black was impossible to get over my calves. Indigo was snug, but not impossible to get on (however, I've already grown out of these by 29 weeks pregnant), and the me...dium wash fits like a glove (love them!). Try different washes or size up if possible.

Horrible Smell - Impossible to Get out
These jeans fit well and do like them, but they had an absolutely horrible smell upon arrival that I cannot get ride of. I'm pregnant so I figured I was being overly sensitive so I washed them and figured it would be fine. NO. I've now washed them three times. I soaked them in a vinegar water soluti...on. I used oxi-clean. The smell is definitely lessened but still there and even my husband can smell it, and his sense of smell is terrible. When I hang them to dry after a tumble in the dryer, they make the whole laundry room smell bad.
I'm so disappointed, bc this is my first pregnancy and I've been having a hard time figuring out where to buy maternity clothes. Since I always love the Gap I figured this was a safe choice.
I am a shorter person 5'-2" and these pants fit on the waist but the inseam was way too short and my calves were way too tight. I typically always by short length but these are way too short

Comments about Maternity Inset Panel Skinny Jeans
For inset panel maternity jeans, these stay up surprisingly well! I was happy to not be pulling up my jeans all day.
The denim was a little more stiff than I was expecting, I thought there would be a little more stretch. Not a big deal, just not quite what I was expecting.
I also found them to be a little tight in the legs, although i'm not 100% sure if this is due to sizing or if i've just gained enough weight this pregnancy that I actually need to size up. No stars removed for this.

I'm 5'8 and a size 2 at gap normally. I sized up to a 4 in these for comfort and I couldn't even get them up my leg comfortably. They are so incredibly tight and short! Do not recommend. Or if you do, I'd size of 2 maybe even 3 sizes!!

Great Fit

I am 22 weeks pregnant and went up 1 size from what I typically wear to accommodate my growing bump. These are slightly loose all the way around, as expected, and are very comfortable to wear. For a more fitted look, I could have definitely gone with my normal size.

Good quality HORRIBLE sizing

The quality is solid but the sizing is actually offensive. These don't stretch at all and you would have to be a non-pregnant skinny model for them to go over your legs. I contemplated re-ordering 2 sizes bigger but I can't see the legs getting that much better. Oh and the sizing on the waist also isn't accurate because I bought a 28 in gap maternity for the slim jeans and they are a perfect fit. Meanwhile these in a 28 do not close.

Very unflattering. Makes my normal prego belly look like a frumpy beer gut the way it pushing baby up and over the waist. Disappointed.

Length was good (I am 5'11 and ordered tall) but the legs were very tight. I sized up and the waist was a little big but they were hard to get on and off because the legs were so tight.

I just ordered another pair of Gap inset maternity panel jeans in a 4 that fit great so I went for these too, but the sizing is bizarre. I could not even get my ankle through the foot-hole let alone the jeans up my legs or hips. It was the strangest clothing-try-on session I've had in a very long time and especially strange seeing that it's GAP, a brand I've worn for years and that's always been consistent. Returned these immediately.

I got these in a size two because that's the size I'm in my other maternity pants from old navy. They are tight around my thighs but seem to fit every where else. I do like that they are real jeans material and that the stomach panels are lower and do not cover my belly. Just wish they fit better.
