We were told the item would be delivered in 2 to 3 business days, it's been over a week and then they said it was "delivered", but it never showed up. It took another week for me to get a hold of them because they told me to continue to wait. No one took responsibility for the package being lost or not delivered properly. It was a headache and a nightmare to continue trying to get a hold of customer service, they eventually gave me a credit on some ridiculous gap card, and then I had to re-purchase the item again using the 16 digit number which didn't work the first three or four times I punched it in. This whole system is absurd. And nobody taking accountability for their UPS non-delivery taints the reputation of the GAP. Very unlikely that my family and I will shop here again.

These are fabulous! While the color is definitely more fall, my son loves the fit and that there's only one strap. We ended up getting a second pair in green in the next size up.
