I'm a longtime GAP & BR devotee, and for a good 20 years I purchased nearly all my bras and underwear at GAP. The T-Shirt bra was my favorite style and I have owned dozens of them over the years. A few years ago, this style was suddenly discontinued so as soon as I found out the news, I scoured ever...y store in New England to buy up as many as I could in my size before they disappeared. Good thing I did, because nothing GAP has offered since that time has compared well. I tried the other styles but the fit and construction just didn't work for me, and it seems the sizing had changed, too. My old t-shirt bras in 34DD still fit, but any of the new styles that came in 34DD don't fit properly. In particular, the underwires dig (especially in those with the added cushion around the wire, seemingly designed *not* to dig? Go figure.) and many don't come in my size. Then recently the t-shirt bra came back! I was so excited to see this, and rushed to buy that beautiful chocolate brown shade. I was dismayed to find that the only sizes offered are single-letter sizes. No DD available! 34D is too small but a 36 band is always too wide. Still, I thought I'd try the 36D and hope maybe it would fit. Alas. While I appreciate the wide range of adjustability the bra offers, and the overall construction, sure enough 36D just isn't going to work and you don't offer the size I need and have purchased many times in the past. So, I'm returning this, along with most of the rest of my order because several design and fit changes in basic items like layering camisoles have resulted in a really disappointing experience on my most recent order. I'm keeping only 3 items out of 11 ordered because nothing else fit despite ordering items in the same sizes I have worn in GAP clothing for years. Please please please stop messing with the fit of your clothes in general, and please restore your bra size range to bring back DD cup sizes.
