Really pretty pattern. I didn't want to buy a lot of newborn sized clothes for my second, but I wanted one really sweet girl outfit for her since she'll have a lot of her brothers hand me downs. I was hesitant to buy the "up to 7 lbs" size. My first was 7 lbs 4 oz at birth, but 6 lb 9 oz when we lef...t the hospital, so I expect the small size will fit for a week or so after birth. I compared it in size and length to a newborn size from Carter's and the Gap size was maybe slightly bigger. (Carter's newborn is 6-9 lbs). So I think it will fit great at birth.
The majority of Gap's baby clothes used to be organic cotton. That was the entire reason why I bought Gap baby clothes and why I use their credit card for the redeemable rewards. Now they making their clothes out of polyester microplastics that are absorbed into newborn skin and on into their bloods...tream (SO many studies coming out on this). Nope. Organic cotton only for newborns especially. May be time to move on from Gap baby clothes if you don't want to irritate your baby's skin and other organs.

I bought 2 of these for my 4 month old son. I got the 3-6 months and they're way too big. I compared it to another brand's 3-6 months onesie and these are inches bigger all around. It's strange because the 0-3 fit him fine. But the 3-6 fits more like a 6-9 months. Sizing is so weird.
