Cute ruffles at the hem of the shorts. Soft material. The blue does not match the blue in the top I purchased even though the color is stated as being serene in the description of the shorts and top.

SO soft. Literally the softest shorts ever. Cute ruffles, deep pockets, elastic waist. TTS. My daughter loves them. She's a small 5yo, about 41" tall and 36lb and I ordered her the 4, which fit great.
