Height 5'9"
I'm 5'9", 150 lbs. Ordered a small tall in the gingham. It isn't nearly as cute in person and the shorts have a baggy, sloppy fit. You can see it in the pic on the model in the yellow shorts in particular. Giant leg openings. I hope this is not supposed to be the replacement for the high rise running shorts.

They are cute with a nice high waist. But they are GRAY and black. Not white and black. That was disappointing.

The gingham is black and gray, I was expecting black and white. It's pretty dull in person, not much contrast between the two colors.
