Great shirt. Down size runs big

I wish there was a way to give GAP a score/feedback outside of an item review, but I ordered this shirt for my son. He was excited to receive the shirt. When the package the shirt was supposed to be in, with the other items I ordered, the shirt was not in the package. So I went through the "Report missing item" process on the website. Without an option to have the shirt shipped to me I got a "Thank you we're processing a refund message." Now if I want to order the replacement shirt I have to order again I guess and pay for shipping that costs almost as much as the shirt for something that was GAP's distribution center's fault not mine. This might be the last time I purchase something form GAP's companies horrible customer services. I'm appalled.
