I'm a veteran online clothes shopper and rely on my measuring tape and sizing charts and I'm comfortable using both. My waist line (the exact spot I intend to wear my pants) is measuring at 42". Accordingly, I ordered this pant in a size xxl and have been hoping and praying I might be able to squeeze into these pants as I am wearing size 1x sweatpants from Nike and some xxl pants from Carhart. Well....these pants are SO BIG at the waist there's nothing that could stop them from falling down. Make it make sense. Who wrote this size chart???

Very soft and comfortable. I sized down a size, but I should have sized down 2 sizes instead. Also, it's pretty long. I normally wear regular, but I could've ordered short for these pants.
