I am 5'8", 130 lbs, very slim on top. I ordered the MED-Tall; arm & body length was perfect for my shape. The stretch of the fabric is excellent, but the MED was to tight across my chest & shoulders. The almond is a very pretty color & true to the photos. I plan to use as a PJ, not a snug undershirt, so I'm going to reorder in the LARGE-Tall and it should be just right.

Fits snug and is a great material, nice for sleeping or lounging around the house. Small, tall fits my daughter perfectly and she is 5ft8in with long arms.
