Fabric's lower quality

I have been purchasing this shirt for my grandson for a couple of years. I noticed after my most recent purchase that the fabric quality has decreased. The older shirts were easy to wash and fold, and the collar would not lose shape. This new one needed to be starched and ironed to look better. I ended up returning one of them.
