Very well made cold weather jacket, not winter strong enough for Chicago but should be cozy right up to the really cold we get here, likewise early Spring worthy. Can't speak to how it fits, he hasn't had a chance to try it on. I ordered a 10 and it looks like it will still be a good fit several months from now. Cotton fabric is pleasant to find !
