    Not flannel!

    Bought this top for the holidays, but was disappointed when it arrived as it is not flannel. It is a light cotton fabric. I was going to return it, but my husband mistakenly threw it in the wash, so I'm stuck with it.

    There is an elastic waistband not mentioned in the description. I didn't like it
