I have 2 daughters who have very different body types. Shopping at GAP made it easy to clothe each of their growing bodies in styles that flattered them. My daughter has worn these pants twice now since purchase last week and feels very confident in them! #sweepstakes
While yes cotton stretches, these completely lose their shape. The legs are way too wide and the waistline becomes so deep after wear.
Ordered in brown and green based on photo of models and description of the models height I thought the length would be perfect. Received them and right out of the bag, I am in love with the feel/color and shape of these pants. They are 100% cotton and even if they shrunk I thought they would be perfect. Until I tried them on. There is only regular available in all sizes and no way is this the length the models are wearing. At 5'8, these just grazed the top of my foot. Do not drape to the floor as pictured. At 100% cotton, even washing in cold water, these are 98% certain to shrink and the would be cropped/ankle length. Oh, how I want so badly to keep these pants. Giving it 3 starts. One each for color, feel and material choice. minus 2 because not as described or lack of sizing (height) option, which Gap is usually excellent at doing. Please GAP - make these in tall. But sadly I will be returning.
I love these pants. I am 5'6", 160 lbs. and a medium fit well. I'd say they are closer to a high rise than the medium rise they have listed in the description. If you are between sizes, size down.

I already ordered the other 2 colors. They feel like sweatpants but look a little nicer around the house!
Got the tan color and they are a great color for fall. They fit really well and are so flattering I got my normal size and it's perfect. These are awesome with sneakers and a sweater or body suit.
Super cute, but I'm 5'9 and the hem is simply too short. I'm sad to return.
So these pants are so comfortable! The material is light and flowy, not stiff like some pants similar to these. However, they're too baggy looking on me. For context I'm 41, so I feel like for my age, the bagginess looks sloppy on me. But if you're younger and can style these well, go for it! I'm 5'4 and roughly 120lbs, I usually wear a size 6 in pants and the small fit me perfectly in the waist.
