Very soft, material not itchy at all. I am 5'3, 115lb, got XXL and they fit very well. I prefer kids XXL over adult S, because adult's lengths are always too long, and Petite size is not always available.

I'm 5"3, 115lbs, got three colors in XXL. I really don't mind wearing kids sizes because I find adults sizes are too long, and these fit perfectly. Material is soft and warm. I won't put them in dryer as they might shrink.

My 13 year old granddaughter is slender and has trouble finding pants that fit that are long enough in the legs, and fit her small waist. She loves these pants and they are cute, comfortable, and fit slender girls! She wasn't sure until she put them on, and now she loves them!
