I'm 5'7 140lbs. Originally bought the S Tall. It fit but panty lines definitely visible. Went up to. M Tall, absolutely perfect. Like wearing a long warm hug. Fabric is thicker than other Gap sweater dresses, which is great for someone like me who runs cold.
Be aware that the fabric content listed on the website is not accurate. It is not 55% cotton with nylon. Its 45% cotton and polyester. One of the main reasons I got it was because its more than half cotton content and not polyester so that was disappointing. I can definitely feel that in the dress. ...

This dress was lovely for a few wears. Then the pilling started. It pills horribly under the arms. It also attracts lint like you would not believe. The shape and fit of the dress is beautiful, but the fabric isn't worth it.

Pretty sweater dress! Can dress up or wear with sneakers. Nice and soft, but very fitted, normally I'm a small, 118lbs 5'6 but I returned and got a medium.

Beautiful colour and gorgeously soft fabric, however the name is mis-leading (no cashmere in the fabric) and the shoulders unfortunately pop off/up every time you lift your arms (to put on a jacket, give a hug, etc.). If it was stitched down it would be much easier to wear. I've worn it twice now and also noticed some fabric pills already under the arms :(
