This cardigan is quite slim fitting which is what I prefer. I would say it can be worn year round. For reference I'm 5'5" 123 lbs and size small was just right. I paired it with the matching cami and it looks very put together. I got the red and will be ordering in white and black too. Makes me look... slim and trim. Love it!
Absolutely love the fit of this cardigan but the white one is much too see-through to proceed with buying it. It's a shame because it's really quite lovely otherwise.
