yes runs big even for thick thigh girlies. im 5'7" and 190lbs, hourglass/pear shape and pretty much XL in all bottoms but I think L would have looked cuter. This material stretched a lot and becomes very baggy. Wish I could've returned it but it was washed first. On the plus side it is warm.
