I received orders without tags. Suit smells like someone worn it. And look like someone returned it. Customer service is super unprofessional, they told me it's impossible that I received item in a bad condition. I asked about fully refund but shipping is not coming in the refund. So so weird. First time experiencing like that.

Adorable and looks so warm! The hood area is a really soft fleece-like material inside and out so will be comfortable for baby. The ears on the hood make it really cute too. It's a nice navy blue that could work for a boy or even a girl if you add a little pink or lilac hat under the hood.
It maybe warm and good , but came worn. Without tags and inside bag.

Matched quality. Super soft hood and a nice thick winter/snow suit for extra cold time outside. The suit's thickness is NOT one of those snowsuits that is stiff and "too fluffy" it's flexible and cozy.

I am really upset as this was to be a Christmas gift. I will think twice before ordering anything from Gap in the future!!
