Beautiful dress True to size and very good quality

I'm 5'7, 140, 34b/c. Purchased the small tall and it fits like a glove. The tall made it a maxi and I actually preferred that length the regular, which on me fit like the model pics. I agree that the straps are thin (and therefore not as comfortable as thicker ones would be) but thicker straps would look weird. Straps are adjustable… and POCKETS! I wore it to a wedding and got compliments all evening. Highly recommend!

You'd never know it was The Gap. Wore for a wedding and got so many compliments. Comfortable / easy / pockete what's not to love!

Fit really well - great style for someone with a little mie on the top

The fit was excellent. I'm tall and the small fit wonderfully. I did NOT buy the tall size (which I normally do when it's available) and this fell pretty long so I suspect it works a bit better for those over 5'7", The cut is wonderful. There is a lot of fabric, so I would order down in size if your bust is small enough for it. There isn't tons of bust support, but if you're petite on top it isn't an issue. This worked really well as a sundress all summer and for a "fancy" dinner in Hawaii.

This dress is beautiful. The material is so light and soft and it feels like wearing air. It's long enough to be a true maxi in the tall size for me at 5'8 (and looks so much better longer than in the photo). I can wear it without a bra as a 32D. BUT there is one really big design flaw imo in the thin tiny straps. They cut into my shoulders almost immediately. I've never had a blister from a strap before! I shortened them as much as possible and kept pulling up the bodice which worked pretty well but I am considering taking a slice from the slip to make a slightly wider strap that is more functional and less painful.

I bought this dress in both petite and regular M and I can't decide which to keep. It is "old school" glam (think cat eye shades and a red lip) and I can dress this down my converse comme de garçons or up with a bow laden heel. The runched bodice is supportive enough that I can skip wearing a bra and yes there are glorious pockets!
