These arrived and I didn't open the package until I wrapped them for my granddaughters. There were no ruffles at the hem. I am disappointed. They still looked cute in them.
Was waiting on my package. Never received an email or anything. Had to log in and found out the order was cancelled by Gap. No explanation given, no coupon for inconvenience or anything. Terrible.
