I have bought 3 of these sweatshirts in 2 different sizes and colors over the past month, but every single one arrives damaged with several dark marks on the hoodie. At first glance they seem like creases from being compressed into the bag, but when you look closer and pull the fabric tight you can tell it is actually stained and discolored. Im guessing something happened in the manufacturing process where they shoved the sweatshirts into very small bags and the dye from any creases or folds darkened due to the environment or other factors. They are likely selling this stock now since it's on sale. Old Navy customer service has been unhelpful in actually getting me a hoodie that is not damaged— which is a shame because I love the design SO much. I would risk stain treating and washing it, but I would then be unable to return it.

Ordered in store. Never arrived. I had to reach out to customer service and after multiple people and an hour on the phone I was told they would give me a refund. They thought this was customer service because, I should have had to "file a claim." Really? You can see you never shipped the product but providing me a refund is customer service?
