The material of the shirt, not the sleeves is similar to a guys ribbed undershirt although the ribs are very narrow so more feminine. It's a basic casual white shirt with fancy sleeves to give it a little more versatility.

I love the ruffle sleeves on this. It dresses it up just a notch, while feeling like a comfy fitted T shirt. It is a little shorter than I had anticipated, but it's still ok if paired with high rise jeans.
