I am longtime GAP customer; however, my past two orders give me pause. Both tops arrived with holes! A sweatshirt has a hole in the top left breast, and a turtleneck has a hole in the right breast area. WHAT is going on?! Is there no quality control? I will step back for a while because I am worn with being disappointed.
