Tiny holes

I have bought a number of merino sweaters from the Gap and love them for their simple style. They often end up with tiny holes aorund the waist area after a season of wear but the sweater I bought this year developed three holes on the second wear and I really feel the quality has deteriorated.

I ordered the turtleneck - first time ordering anything from Gap online. I'm taller (5'9) and ordered the Tall XL, but when it arrived it was extremely short and small. The length came below my belly button and it fit like a small/medium. Very disappointing. I live in Einnileg, MB Canada, and there is only one Gap store left in our city at the Outlet Collection. They wouldn't take the return so I had to take it to UPS. All ove inconvenient experience and I won't be ordering from Gap online again.

I've loved gap's Marino wool line and usually get a new one or two every year. The quality has been progressively going down and this year the sweater is thin to the point of being see through. I doubt it will hold its shape and it certainly won't be warm. Major disappointment.
