These arrived and I didn't open the package until I wrapped them for my granddaughters. There were no ruffles at the hem. I am disappointed. They still looked cute in them.

I find them a bit long and also they chafe a bit between the legs but honestly they are so cute! Bringing the 90s back and with the right shoe they dont drag. I am hoping and thinking with time I will be used to the in between leg feeling! Its a style pant out of my norm and probably a me thing!
