I would consider this more of a coat than a blazer...it's very heavy and thick and would be uncomfortably warm in an office setting. It's pretty oversized, I'm 5'4" and it goes down to mid-thigh and over my knuckles. I purchased my usual size, but I probably could have done with a petite or sized do...wn. It works for my purposes since I planned to use it as a jacket. I considered exchanging it, but decided to keep it as is. Can't wait to wear it with a sweater and some tall boots.
This jacket is the real deal, wool, fully lined, and with a nice, substantial weight. For reference, I'm petite and ordered the petite size. The fit is true to the photos, falling past my backside, but on my small frame it felt a bit overwhelming. Instead of draping in a relaxed way that suited my p...roportions, it wore more like a men's bulky jacket.

Jacket is exactly as expected. It is a Fall/Winter jacket so it is heavier weighted, and that is perfect for the season weather. I paired it with black jeans and a crisp white shirt. Many compliments when I wore it. Jacket is oversized, so I went down a size to get a more tailored look. A GREAT JACKET!

Oh my gosh! This is a gorgeous garment! It's made like in "olden times." Fabric is heavy weight and fully lined. Just remember: it's a boyfriend jacket. So, you either buy it to be quite a slouchy fit or size down one. I sized down; and, it was still a comfortably loose fit. I think if you'd want to put a heavy sweater under, you'd want to go with your regular size.

Oh, my, a perfect blazer from GAP! But - I had to return it - why? I already owned it!!! Funny, how sometimes we know our personal look and seem to go for it over and over - if I did not already have it, it is a must buy. Go down a size or two, it does run big! Definitely oversized. I would normally wear a large and a medium is oversized on me and also long. Good quality heavy material. Looks like something you would wear in the English countryside.
