I got a petite and it is true to size!! Love the color

Do not buy this dress thinking that it will be the same as the short sleeve version (which I love). This dress has a very short thin material bubble skirt (I'm only 5'1 and ordered tall); and the top is a very thick material and long. The fit is poor and not at all like the short sleeve version which is so good. Thought I would love it but returning it.

If this version is like the short sleeved one I bought, I may buy every version, including this one and the sleeveless. The fit and fabrics are fabulous! I am 5'3", 147 lbs., 69 years old. I will say, it's not necessarily a mini on me, falling a couple of inches above the knee, and I'm ok with that. I got the black and red (short sleeves) and will wear black tights with both. I think this would flatter many body types. If you can get it on sale or use GapCash, juct buy it!
