gapcanada.ca/Just put this on for the first time and realized there's a big tear right in the front! Even if I sew it up it'll be very noticeable so it's just unwearable now. Also, ordered a 5-pack of underwear and there were only 4 inside. Gap did nothing to help. Very disappointed.

I always carefully read instructions and launder properly. After the first wash and dry of this sweater it's unsuitable to wear outside the house. The dye darkened in some places and lightened in others; it's like it was oil stained and bleached simultaneously. Everything else in the load looks great and had been washed before. I'm so disappointed that this garment turned out to be a dud, as the other things I ordered are doing fine..
