I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. These pajama tops and bottoms are perfect. We opened on Christmas Eve and wore for two days and nights straight. They are soft, comfy, warm, and very nicely finished. Fit large - my husband and I both wear a medium and daughter a small. Highly recommend.
