I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. Perfect combination on softness and weight. They wash well but there is some colour bleeding so have to be aware of this the first few washes. They fit well - not too baggy and elastic waste is easy to use - no drawstring to constantly adjust. I would highly recommend these!
