I don't know who made up that sizing guide but obviously if you are a women's medium you shouldn't order the medium if that is also supposed to fit a men's medium. Love these pj bottoms for the family! They are so soft and I love the pattern. My husband got his true size XL (he wears 36 regular in jeans) and it fits perfect - the fit is a bit baggy that's the style. I got a S tall - my true size in women's is M or 27 tall in jeans, I am 5'11" for reference and the length is VERY long they drag on the floor - I love it!

Got these bear ones (so cute!) for my daughter - tall small fits her (and me). She's 14. 5'10 137 lbs. I'm 6'1 142lbs size 4/27Tall in pants. She has a bit more hitting the floor in length but can roll the top if needed. She's still growing. Best of pants out there and Gap has the best patterns this year!

Gap unisex pj pants are the best! Live in these all winter. The Tall are actually tall! For reference I'm a tall small. I'm 6'1 142lbs size 4/27Tall in pants. They reach the floor. Wash cold inside out, pull to stretch out flat and line dry. They'll stay the length they came in. Grabbed 4 colours to replace my old navy ones that have no pockets and are too short. Lol. My daughter is 5'10 and wears same. TS. Kids ones are amazing too! Size 12 for my tall 11 yr old son.
